Manage your diabetes with a FreeStyle Libre CGM System and reduce or eliminate fingersticks*!
How does a CGM work?
Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems track glucose levels throughout the day. Patients insert a tiny sensor filament just under their skin. An adhesive holds the device in place, allowing the sensor to measure glucose readings in interstitial fluid for up to 14 days at a time.

Once connected, a reusable transmitter connects to the sensor and sends users real-time readings by simply swiping the sensor.
Benefits of a FreeStyle Libre CGM
Continuous Monitoring with Alarms
Measures your glucose every minute.
The system also has optional and customizable alarms to alert you when you have high or low glucose levels.
Small and Comfortable
The Freestyle Libre 3 sensor is about the size of two stacked pennies and worn on the back of your upper arm. This makes it accessible to scan, even through clothing.
Accurate Readings
No finger-stick calibration required to receive accurate and real-time glucose readings. No interference with medications containing acetaminophen.
Convenient Real Time Data
No more routine finger sticking. With a CGM sensor, your glucose levels are continuously recorded and can be accessed with a simple swipe of the included reader for real-time data at any time or place.
Data Rich Reports
Reports can be accessed that provide detailed information about your glucose data. This can assist you and/or your healthcare professionals in making information decisions about your diabetes management.
Durable and Long Lasting
The CGM system is designed to stay in place for 14 days. It is water resistant so you can swim, shower and even exercise while it is worn.
